Six pack workout plan using Restyaboard

If you are here and reading this article, your health and look are among your top priorities. However, we all have plenty of other stuff to take care about, and there are sometimes situations when we don't workout because we fail to organize our weekly exercise plan. Fear not, there are many tools that can help us in our endeavor. One of them is Restyaboard.

Restyaboard is a fantastic and intuitive project management tool designed for making teamwork and collaboration easy. But this tool can be so much more. With a little creativity, you can plan and organize everything in it like digital marketing (link of previous blog), family vacation, TV Show release dates, finally nutrition and fitness. In this article we are going to talk about how to organize six pack workout plan using Restyaboard. I will share with you my own experience and advice, and provide several ideas how you can do the planning.

What does Restyaboard look like?

Restyaboard is basically just a page which contains several horizontally laid out lists. It is perfect for capturing all needed information from one sight so you don't mix up anything. These lists contain cards, which contain all the needed information. You can drag and drop them into correct lists, or reorder them within lists the same way.

Cards in their turn can contain images, attachments, links, checklists, comments or deadlines. If you want to consult your workout plan just add the relevant person to your board. They will be able to see and discuss with you the best ways to get results. The good thing is, there is no limit of the boards; create them as much as you want.

I love Restyaboard mostly because it allows me to understand everything visually, see priorities and deadlines. While you can use other tools like Evernote, like I used to do, after some time everything got mixed up, and I had to recreate everything from scratch. Restyaboard was a big update and now I can have both a simple interface and tons of useful features.

I am sure that you are already imagining how all of these can come in handy for a workout plan. But enough of praising. Now is time to show how Restyaboard works.

Vertical Sorting

While there is not a single perfect way to organize tasks, sorting them based on completed and open tasks is one of the most convenient ones.

First of all, you should set up the boards and add your weekly plan to it. Inside the card you can add all of the tasks for the day. My recommendation is to add them as checkboxes with a daily task each. Once you complete them put a tick, and when you finally finish everything you planned for the day just drag the card to the completed list.

Once in a while, you can move cards from completed to history. The main advantage of this method is that you can always track Six pack workout plan using Restyaboard

Are you interested in how many pushups you could do 2 months ago? No worries, Restyaboard has everything stored for all of the eternity. You can also add a list specifically for your nutrition plan, including all the calories.Horizontal Sorting he picture above shows everything perfectly. This one is my personal favorite, it is well sorted and looks great for a perfectionist like me. Compared to the previous version when daily tasks are written as checklist, here every card is a task. You can mark them as completed once you finish and clear all the lists once the week is finished. But the problem is that this way you can't track the changes. Well of course you can, but after several weeks everything will get too confusing. If prefer to have instructions in a visual way, or want to write them on a piece of paper this version is the best for you. Just attach them to the card. Moreover, you can add links to tutorials, blogs and different videos.

A small hint: You can also have a separate list with all the information stored there.
