The 'Created vs Resolved tasks' Business Intelligence report is a distinction diagram showing the number of tasks created versus the number of tasks settled throughout a given timeframe. It helps to understand whether the overall backlog is moving towards resolution or not.

The ‘Created vs Resolved Task’ BI report depends on your decision of the project or tasks filter. You can select the frequency start date and end date and set the number of days previously to see the tasks trend chart.
The BI report displays the number of tasks created and resolved over a given period of time.
The ‘Created vs Resolved Task’ BI report shows the number of your created and completed tasks for the selected time period, with flow efficiency percentage on the horizontal axis and a number of tasks on the vertical axis.
Restya Core gives the task status consistently dependent on created and resolved.
Viewing the chart — The green portion of the bar shows the created issues that are resolved. The violet portion shows created but unresolved issues as yet.
Go to BI Reports →click on Created vs Resolved BI report as shown in the following screenshot.
To refine the data shown in the report, click Refine report, and select the desired filters.
