Restya Core Software has a User Workload BI report that you can use to show time tracking information on issues assigned to a particular user.

The 'User Workload' BI report shows helpful time tracking data on tasks allocated to a specific user. It shows the number of uncertain tasks assigned to the predefined user, and the workload remaining, for each project basis.

Business Intelligence accesses data both internally to your organization and externally to help you take the best course of action.

Analyze Your Flow Efficiency

The 'User Workload' BI report shows the number of tasks assigned for the selected time period, with flow workload percentage on the horizontal axis and the number of tasks on the vertical axis.

How to Generate a User Workload BI report

Step 1

Go to BI Reports →click on User Workload Report as shown in the following screenshot.

Step 2

To refine the data shown in the report, click Refine report, and select the desired filters.​

Step 3

Click on the download icon to download the report in JSON, CSV, and Xlsx format.
