What the RestrictedGuest does:

  • Access only to the assigned and reported tasks alone.
  • Edit Access for assigned and reported tasks of the project based on the workflow permissions given for the RestrictedGuest Project Role.

RestrictedGuest user's unable to perform any action apart from above.

Above Role will provide the Highest level of security, for the project from the user's, Which Organization want to give limited and restrict access to the users.

For example, Finance organization might want to give the access to customers to see the accounts in a digital format. then, Organization make use of this role to achieve the requirement of the customers.

Guest

It also the least access based on project access level. But its above of RestrictedGuest. For security levels, they can be re-used as much as possible. If Organization (or) teams wants to give the little bit higher access of RestrictedGuest to users, then its perfect fit

What the Guest does:

  • Access to all the tasks of the project.
  • Edit Access for all the tasks of the project based on the workflow permissions given for the RestrictedGuest Project Role.

RestrictedReporter

RestrictedReporter play the above level access of Guest in the project of Restya Core. It also used for security levels.

What the RestrictedReporter does:

  • Access only to the assigned and reported tasks alone.
  • Edit Access for assigned and reported tasks of the project based on the workflow permissions given for the RestrictedReporter Project Role.
  • RestrictedReporter's unable to perform any action apart from above.

It also provide Most elevated level of safety, for the project from the user's, Which Organization want to give above access of lowest level to the users.

Reporter

It give the moderate access dependent on project access level. Be that as it may, its above of RestrictedReporter. For security levels, they can be re-utilized however much as could be expected. What the Reporter does:
