What is a Mail?

Message sent from one computer to another over the Internet, using a set webmail server address.

Digitizing the physical mail your Restya Core receives at the point of acceptance creates a prime opportunity for RPA. Physical mail is distributed to nearly every area of your business, but several processes are common to the vast majority, if not all, of your mail.

The most common process is sorting and delivery which applies to every piece of mail. This requires reading the address and routing it to the right destination. In its simplest form, once digitized, Mail RPA can OCR the envelope, look up recipients against a database, and route the mail to the right person or team inside the Restya Core.

Mail + Restya Core

Mail RPA instant mail for your team, and keep all those communication styles together in one app. With both desktop and mobile versions, Mail RPA can help your team collaborate and coordinate their work no matter where they are — in the Restya Core or out knocking doors.

Automate your processes by combining Rules and slack

Reduce manual work by using Rules with Restya Core for Mail. With Rules, you can automatically send a mail to a teammate based on a trigger in Restya Core. Rules make it easy to set up customizable processes and increase team agility.

Ways to use the Restya Core for Mail Integration

You can set up automation rules to send mail using the Mail RPA. To do this:

Step 1

While adding the automation rules in the workflow and choosing the mail RPA service, the Restya Core system asks for the mail ID of the user and information(or) message to send to mail.

Step 2

Enter the mail and content need to notify, Mail content also  supports smart values.

Slack RPA helps to automate the transfer of the restya core task status to the mail that helps your team stay organized and have conversations—all in one place.
